Homemade Modeling Clay

1 cup of flour
1-half cup of salt
2 teaspoons cream of tartar
1 teaspoon of oil
1 cup of water and food coloring.

Mix in a Teflon saucepan and cook overl lowheat until mixture forms a ball and is not sticky.

It can be stored in a covered plastic container.
