
The Shania Twain Center in the singer's childhood hometown of Timmons, Ontario (Canada) is shutting its doors. The center, which was started by the town to honor its most famous product, has been losing money and will close at the end of this month. Timmons mayor Tom Laughren cites a lack of community support as the problem. Though the town will no longer have a museum to honor her, Laughren says that they're very proud of Shania and will not sever ties with her. The building is being sold to a gold mining company.

The test results are in -- Randy Travis was legally drunk when he crashed his car while driving naked in Texas last summer.
Randy has been formally charged with driving while intoxicated, which carries a $4000 fine and up to two years in jail. There are still charges pending against him for allegedly threatening the arresting officers.
Randy recently claimed that he is now sober.
